1. The tools are free to use, at home or at work, and you may use their results as you like.
2. Automated access: the command-line endpoints (ipv4.whatismyipnow.com, ipv6.whatismyipnow.com) are meant for scripts, within their rate limits. Search engines and other crawlers may visit the site according to robots.txt.
3. You may not:
   1. use the tools to attack, scan or overload networks or hosts you are not allowed to test;
   2. send automated requests to the web pages in a way that overloads the site, or try to get around its rate limits or bot protection;
   3. copy the site's pages or content to republish them as your own.

1. MaxMind Data: This product includes GeoLite2 data created by MaxMind, available from https://www.maxmind.com. We synchronize our local databases as frequently as updates are released to provide the most current geolocation estimates. However, we do not warrant that results are 100% accurate, complete, or reflective of real-time network reassignments.
2. Diagnostics: All diagnostic results provided — IP lookups, DNS audits, Security tests — are provided on an "as is" basis for informational purposes only. WhatIsMyIPNow makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

Our website contains links to external sites and resources, including VPN service providers. We may receive a commission for purchases made through these affiliate links. These partnerships do not influence our technical diagnostic results or data outputs in any way. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party sites linked from WhatIsMyIPNow. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.
